Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery costs
- Standard UK delivery: £4.99

How long it takes
Every item is made to order with your pet's photo and name, so please allow:

- Delivery: usually 2–5 working days after dispatch
Most orders arrive within 4–8 working days. Larger items such as canvases and blankets can take a little longer. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Christmas orders
Demand is high in December, so please order early. We'll show our last recommended order date for Christmas delivery on the website.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Problems with delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, or the tracking hasn't updated for several days, please email us at support@ushopmad.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
